From Multimedia Pioneer to AI Developer
I’m an AI systems developer focused on practical decision-support, technical leadership, and problem remediation for federal contractors. Through Halo Mountain, I build structured intelligence systems that help teams evaluate federal opportunities before committing to pursuit costs. I also provide direct advisory support when technical or operational challenges resist standard resolution.
My work centers on clarity, disciplined diagnosis, and decisive action in environments where missed signals, weak ownership, or delayed intervention can affect timelines and contract outcomes.
I began my career in 1980 in the high-stakes world of corporate multimedia, where “the show must go on” was the only acceptable outcome. Over the next four decades, that discipline evolved alongside the technology – through large-scale A/V systems, business show production and staging, and systems automation. Today, I bring that multi-generational technical perspective to my work in AI systems development, executive technical advisory and intervention.
I live in the northern Shenandoah Valley with my wife, Lisa.
